Affirmations


An affirmation are the thoughts or sayings that a person has that are conscious. They make a person conscious of their thoughts. An example of one would be, ""I love and accept myself exactly as I am". I think that having these affirmations are good because it helps you be more positive throughout your day. If you keep your mind flowing with positive affirmations, there will be less room for negativity.
